Autonomy Through Education

At the end of our time working together, you will have the knowledge to properly program workouts and/or therapeutic exercise routines for yourself so you can continue building the body you want without needing the help of others. Far too often people become complacent by only worrying about the what and write off learning the why & how. Not to mention, exercise & nutrition products are expensive, and you'll be able to save money in the long run by having the education necessary to program for yourself. 

A System - Not Just a Program

Having the knowledge to put together your program is crucial, but equally as important is having an efficient system to track month-to-month, year-to-year. Over the last 5 years, the system I've created has become something I'm quite proud of; allowing me to quickly and easily create a month's worth of workouts and therapeutic exercise in a short amount of time, monitor progress, and set goals for the future. You can save time by going to the gym with a definitive plan and ensure you're achieving by evaluating past performance.   

Flexibility

What works best for me may not for you. However, the principles we use will be the same. My approach to exercise prescription focuses on movement science, foundational patterns, and physiologic principles more so than specific exercises. I believe there are few musts or  requirements when it comes to programming for optimal results. By learning this approach, you'll be able to better prevent injury and perform more enjoyable sessions. This is where I believe the most productive training lies.

BI-MONTHLY MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

  • Two 60-minute consults each month (via Google Hangout, Skype, or FaceTime)

  • Weekly video lecture series teaching physiologic, biologic, and practical training principles necessary to see results and stay healthy

  • Email correspondence within 24-hours

  • Nutritional Guidance

    • I don't believe in rigid meal plans. However, I do believe in education regarding nutritional principles that aid in achieving tremendous results while also allowing the trainee to live in a free mental space​.

  • By the end of our time together, you will be able to...

    • Create productive workout plans with autonomy

    • Understand a practical and systemic method of programming and tracking

    • Perform therapeutic warm-up and cool-down routines to stay injury-free and promote performance

    • Continue seeing results without requiring the help of others 

    • Eat to support your goals

  • This session is aimed at providing practical and systematic answers to questions you have regarding nutrition, pain reduction, training, etc. By the end of our time together, you will have the knowledge to at minimum...

    • Implement the overarching principles I use into your exercise regimen 

    • Understand methods by which to keep on track with your goals

    • Adhere to practical recommendations of tracking and ensuring progression

**If after the consult you decide one of the "Training Education Packages" is right for you, the additional $ will be charged to match the monthly rate**
